Chairman of the Kizoka Board
Profile:
The chairman is the face of the Foundation and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the board. The chairman chairs the meetings and arranges, among other things, the handling of the topics, proposals and amendments and other discussions that are on the agenda. This makes this a primary role in the daily management of the Foundation.
Other tasks and activities belonging to the chairman are:
Managing and coordinating the general management of the Foundation.
Chairing the planned foundation meetings.
Promote cooperation between the Foundation and the camp coordinators.
Monitoring the progress and quality of administrative topics as laid down in the Foundation's multi-year policy plan.
Ensure compliance and follow-up of the Articles of Association and the decisions of the board and all other rules and regulations.
Ensure good internal and external representation of the board.
Keeping track of and implementing new developments.
Ensures proper division of tasks and mutual replacement in case of absence/illness.
The chairman also has a feeling for administrative matters and is able to translate administrative decisions into adequate actions. The following capabilities are therefore very important:
