Chairman of the Kizoka Board
Profile:
The chairman is the face of the Foundation and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the board. The chairman chairs the meetings and arranges, among other things, the handling of the topics, proposals and amendments and other discussions that are on the agenda. This makes this a primary role in the daily management of the Foundation.
Other tasks and activities belonging to the chairman are:
Managing and coordinating the general management of the Foundation.
Chairing the planned foundation meetings.
Promote cooperation between the Foundation and the camp coordinators.
Monitoring the progress and quality of administrative topics as laid down in the Foundation's multi-year policy plan.
Ensure compliance and follow-up of the Articles of Association and the decisions of the board and all other rules and regulations.
Ensure good internal and external representation of the board.
Keeping track of and implementing new developments.
Ensures proper division of tasks and mutual replacement in case of absence/illness.
The chairman also has a feeling for administrative matters and is able to translate administrative decisions into adequate actions. The following capabilities are therefore very important:

Group leader
Tasks may vary, but generally group leaders are responsible for:
• Supervision of the children. You ensure that they feel comfortable, work well together and participate safely in the various activities.
• Developing social skills (give children self-confidence and a sense of responsibility).
• That activities are carried out safely, taking into account the physical and emotional safety of children.
In addition, you are the point of contact for parents/guardians of children and you can work well with other managers.
Game leaders
A crucial role. The main tasks and responsibilities of game management are:
• Preparing and executing the shedule full of creativity and entertainment
• Thematization of the camp
• You ensure that games are not only fun, but also educational and connecting
• Explaining and supervising games while creating a good atmosphere
• Monitor the safety and fairness of the game
• Collaborate with group leaders

Kitchen leader
Indispensable! The most important tasks and responsibilities of the kitchen management:
• Preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
• Manage inventory and deal creatively with any surpluses or unexpected shortages.
• Taking dietary requirements and allergies into account
• Communicating with parents and management
• Keeping the kitchen clean and monitoring hygiene
• Guarantee safety
• Passion for cooking and love for good food!
Kitchen management not only ensures full stomachs, but also a warm, cozy atmosphere that contributes to the success of the camp.
Handy(wo)man
Versatile role. Duties and responsibilities of Jack or Jacky of all trades are:
• Game management support
• Group management support
• Kitchen management support
• Logistical and operational assistance
• Cleaning and maintenance
A jack of all trades with a hands-on mentality is essential to ensure that everything runs smoothly and the team is relieved during busy times.
